Welcome to DayZ-Hub. By using our launcher, website, or related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

DayZ-Hub is a third-party launcher that facilitates access to DayZ and integrates with Steam and related platforms. Your use of DayZ and Steam remains subject to their respective terms. You must comply with those terms in addition to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using DayZ-Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services; additional age restrictions may apply in your jurisdiction or under the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the DayZ End User License Agreement.

2. Description of Service

DayZ-Hub provides a launcher that allows you to browse DayZ servers, manage mods (including via Steam Workshop), connect to servers, and use features such as RCON and VIP server promotion. We do not operate DayZ, Steam, or game servers. We are not affiliated with Bohemia Interactive a.s. or Valve Corporation.

3. Third-Party Terms You Must Follow

Your use of DayZ-Hub often involves content and services owned by others. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms, including but not limited to:

• DayZ / Bohemia Interactive: The DayZ End User License Agreement and Game Content Usage Rules. Among other things, you may not hack, cheat, reverse engineer, or use the game commercially without permission. You may create and share footage subject to their rules.
• Steam / Valve: The Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Online Conduct Rules, and related policies. Your Steam account and use of Steam Workshop and other Steam features are governed by Valve’s terms.

We may rely on Steam and Bohemia’s services to provide mod downloads, server lists, and connectivity. Any violation of their terms in connection with your use of DayZ-Hub may result in action by them and/or by us.

4. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use DayZ-Hub for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Use DayZ-Hub to cheat, hack, or gain unfair advantage in DayZ or to circumvent any technical or contractual restrictions.
• Distribute malware, abuse our Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit DayZ-Hub or our Services without our written permission.
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with our Services in an unauthorized manner.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable third-party terms.

5. Mods and User-Generated Content

DayZ-Hub may help you discover, download, and manage mods (including from Steam Workshop). Mods and other user-generated content are provided by third parties. We do not endorse or guarantee the safety, legality, or quality of any mod or content. Your use of mods and creation or sharing of content may be subject to Bohemia’s and Valve’s policies on user-generated content, including licensing and acceptable use.

6. Donations and VIP

Donations and VIP server promotion are voluntary. Donations are generally non-refundable. VIP placement and benefits are offered as described at the time of donation and may be subject to change. We do not guarantee any specific result from donating or obtaining VIP status.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE LAUNCHER OR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE OF DAYZ-HUB AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INCLUDING STEAM AND DAYZ) IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYZ-HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Intellectual Property

DayZ, DayZ branding, and related materials are the property of Bohemia Interactive. Steam and related marks are the property of Valve Corporation. DayZ-Hub’s name, logo, and original materials are our property. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent. You receive no ownership rights in our Services; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use DayZ-Hub for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services. We may also modify or discontinue features or the Services themselves with or without notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to DayZ-Hub or our website if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DayZ-Hub is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

By using DayZ-Hub, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with the relevant terms of Bohemia Interactive (DayZ) and Valve Corporation (Steam) where they apply to your use of the game and platform.
